Privacy policy

What I collect

  • What you enter on the quote form: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address (only if you choose shipping), material, color, quantity, date needed, notes, any link you paste, and the boxes you tick.
  • The files you upload.
  • Order details: quotes, invoices, and shipping or pickup records.
  • Your IP address and the time of your request, used for spam and security. The site stores the IP address only in scrambled (hashed) form.

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, ads or tracking scripts.

Why

To prepare your quote, print and deliver your order, keep tax records, and prevent fraud and spam. I don't sell or share your personal information or your designs for marketing, and I don't reuse your designs.

Who stores or processes it

  • DreamHost: hosts this website, stores uploaded files and form records, and runs the business mailbox the form sends to. Like most hosts, it keeps standard server logs.
  • PayPal: invoicing and payment, if you order.
  • The shipping carrier: your name and address, if you choose shipping.
  • The email app or provider I use to read the business mailbox.

How long I keep it

  • Uploaded files: deleted 30 days after your order is delivered or your quote expires or is declined. The site also deletes stored uploads and form records automatically 60 days after they were sent.
  • Emails, invoices and order records: kept as long as tax and business record rules require.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Uploaded files are stored outside the public part of the website under random names, are never listed publicly, and are reached only through private download links that expire after 30 days.

Your choices

To ask what I have about you, or to have your files and details deleted sooner, email business@somniov.com. Records I'm required to keep for taxes stay until they can be deleted.

Age

This service is for people 18 and older and isn't directed to children under 13.

I may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version.
